Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zenzo Rai (ranked 642 p4p, 862 weight class) and Henry Lancaster (ranked 96 p4p, 131 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zenzo Rai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Henry Lancaster!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster throws an overhand right that lands on Rai's shoulder, as Rai tries to avoid the shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Rai.
Lancaster ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Despite the aggression on Lancaster's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Lancaster on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Lancaster looks to land a combination but Rai avoids it well.

Rai lands a right hook to the body.
Rai looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Lancaster stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rai.

Rai tries to land a front kick but Lancaster steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Lancaster tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rai manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Lancaster has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Rai rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lancaster moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Rai throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lancaster stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lancaster moves into range and clinches up with Rai.
Lancaster misses with a punch on the inside.
Rai lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Rai keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lancaster's efforts to push away.
Rai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rai.
Lancaster can't find room to land a body shot as Rai controls the action.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zenzo Rai dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Lancaster throws a body punch but Rai moves out of range.

Lancaster throws a jab but it's blocked by Rai.
Lancaster takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rai lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lancaster has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lancaster and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Rai is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rai gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Lancaster gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Henry Lancaster decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
