Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Evan Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mr pearl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davies comes to the ring accompanied by You're Not Alone. pearl has chosen yes as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pearl takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Davies throws a combination but it was largely blocked by pearl.
pearl moves into range and clinches up with Davies.
Davies is trying to break the clinch but pearl has him pressed against the ropes.
pearl breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Davies lands with an uppercut that bounces pearl off the ropes and back into rage.
No joy there for Davies, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Davies throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Davies throws a sloppy head kick and pearl moves out of range easily.

pearl moves out of range as Davies strikes.
pearl takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
pearl moves in looking to clinch but Davies pushes him off.
pearl tries to clinch but Davies is having none of it.
Davies misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

pearl throws a strike but Davies avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

pearl has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

pearl postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Davies looks a forlorn figure.
