Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seydou Ahoussou (ranked 5412 p4p, 4346 weight class) and Jean Jacques (ranked 541 p4p, 491 weight class). Ahoussou comes to the cage accompanied by Killer Instinct. Jean Jacques has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seydou Ahoussou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jean Jacques!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacques shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jacques showed some decent athleticism there.

Jacques is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ahoussou is just riding it out for now. Jacques eventually gives up the hold.
Jacques seems to be working for a kimura but Ahoussou defends the submission attempt.

Jacques's coach down at DK MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jacques's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Jacques is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ahoussou doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jacques.

Jacques uses his free foot to push down on Ahoussou's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Ahoussou.

Jacques postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ahoussou looks a forlorn figure.
Seydou Ahoussou's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Seydou Ahoussou's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A very excited looking Jean Jacques made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
