Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Parta Matti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pete Tyler!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler throws a lazy uppercut
and Matti counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Pete Tyler has been cut.
Tyler swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tyler throws a poor cross that misses
and Matti counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tyler uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Matti.
Matti fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Tyler looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Tyler throws a lazy uppercut
and Matti counters with an outside leg kick.
Pete Tyler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matti throws a shot from downtown. Tyler moves away and avoids it.
Matti slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Tyler uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Matti has time to react.
It looks like Parta Matti has been cut.
Matti slips under a jab.
Matti avoids the head kick by Tyler.
Matti blocks a low kick nicely.
Matti has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tyler.

Matti instigates a clinch.
Tyler is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Matti misses with a hook from the clinch.
Matti pushes Tyler back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Matti lands a left hand.
That has opened up Pete Tyler's cut even more.
Tyler tries to pull guard but Matti won't allow it.

Tyler lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Matti.
Matti misses with a shot to the kidneys.
I was talking to Matti's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
A right hook to the body lands for Matti.

Matti pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tyler with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Tyler looks to land a combination but Matti avoids it well.
Tyler takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Matti scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tyler tries to clinch but Matti moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Matti throws a sloppy head kick
and Tyler counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tyler misses with a body shot.
Tyler misses with a double jab
and Matti counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tyler's knee momentarily.
Matti throws a leg kick which misses Tyler's front leg but catches the back leg as Tyler tries to avoid it.
Tyler on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Matti. Matti obviously looking to wear him down.
Matti checks a low kick from Tyler.
Tyler tries to clinch up but Matti circles away and keeps his distance.
Matti lands a big head kick that sends Tyler tumbling to the mat! Matti takes a step backwards and waves Tyler back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The cut above Pete Tyler's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Matti misses with a left hand
and Matti takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tyler misses with a body kick.

and Matti cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pete Tyler's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Matti looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Pete Tyler's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Parta Matti!
Our winner, Parta Matti, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
