Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bernando (ranked 5932 p4p, 5002 weight class) and Mike Boomer (ranked 119 p4p, 88 weight class). Bernando comes to the cage accompanied by Frank Kirklin: Stomp. Mike Boomer will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boomer lands a body shot.
Bernando throws a combination. Boomer tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Bernando clinches up with Boomer and pushes him back against the cage.

Bernando breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bernando closes the distance and pushes Boomer back into the cage.
Boomer prevents Bernando from breaking the clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Boomer.

It looks like Mike Bernando has been cut.
Boomer works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Bernando is looking to break free of the clinch but Boomer has double underhooks.
Bernando is trying to break the clinch but Boomer is controlling him.
Bernando takes a shot to the head.
Bernando is trying to break the clinch but Boomer has him pressed against the cage.
Boomer lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Mike Bernando's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boomer creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Bernando's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Bernando drops to his knees and Boomer pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
