Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mengrire Krenakore (ranked 1365 p4p, 1983 weight class) and Brett Keane (ranked 138 p4p, 204 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Krenakore might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Krenak Nak Inhauit Borum Rerre. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mengrire Krenakore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brett Keane!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice defenses there by Krenakore.
The fighters circling - Keane throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Keane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Krenakore manages to avoid it.
Krenakore keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Keane.
A looping hook to the body misses from Krenakore. Keane does a little dance to reset his feet.
A little jabbing left from Keane on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Keane loads up on a big right hand but Krenakore slips the punch.
Krenakore blocks a jab.
Krenakore dodges the punch combination from Keane.
A telegraphed right hand from Keane misses the target.
Keane lands a jab to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Keane falls off balance throwing a combination
and Krenakore connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Krenakore slips a jab from Keane.
Keane rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Krenakore cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Keane misses with an uppercut
and Krenakore counters with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Krenakore uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Keane.

Keane throws an off balance right hand
letting Krenakore counter with a right hand.
Krenakore on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like Mengrire Krenakore has been cut.
Keane misses with a hook
and Krenakore counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Krenakore displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Keane throws out the jab.
Keane lands a really nice looking cross but Krenakore seems unphased.

The fight stays on the outside here - Krenakore looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Krenakore throws a big counter combination but Keane scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Keane throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Krenakore sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Keane swings widly with a right hand
and Krenakore counters with a two punch combo.
Krenakore misses with a wild body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Krenakore closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Keane might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Krenakore moves out of range as Keane strikes.
Keane misses with a body shot
and Krenakore counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Brett Keane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A swing and a miss from Keane.
A quick step to the side and Krenakore tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Keane throws a big shot that misses.
As Keane looks to move away, Krenakore throws a big counter combo but Keane just gets out of the way.
Keane rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Krenakore counters with a straight right hand.
Krenakore staying out of range there.
Krenakore takes a swing at Keane's ribcage but misses.
Keane with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Krenakore to score with a decent uppercut.
A punch lands to the side of Krenakore 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Krenakore moves away from the strike by Keane.
Krenakore takes one on the button.
Krenakore is rocked!
Keane misses with an uppercut.
Krenakore lands with a shot to the body.
Krenakore scores with a shot to the body.
Krenakore cracks Keane with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Krenakore has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Keane to stand back up!
Keane is rocked!
Krenakore lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Keane is looking to close the distance but Krenakore sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Keane crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Keane is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

After winning the bout, Mengrire Krenakore thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
