Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blaise Stough (ranked 4661 p4p, 4501 weight class) and Fredo Ferrari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Blaise Stough!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fredo Ferrari!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrari shoots in but Stough avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stough decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Stough wants to take a breather but Ferrari is having none of it.
Stough working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Stough is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ferrari doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Stough.
Ferrari looking for submissions off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ferrari is staying active underneath Stough, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Ferrari tries to roll over but Stough keeps him under control.

A head kick misses from Ferrari.
Ferrari shoots in looking for a takedown. Stough tries to sprawl out of it but Ferrari keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stough manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Stough went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ferrari looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ferrari shoots in and drives through. Stough sprawls well.
Blaise Stough has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fredo Ferrari.
Stough drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Stough cracks Ferrari with a big elbow.

Ferrari is not content to let Stough control the position.
Stough moves into full mount!
Ferrari looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!

Ferrari moves out of range of the body kick.
Stough stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Stough wants it to stay on the feet.
Stough shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ferrari is trying to defend but Stough finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Stough is looking for a kimura but Ferrari is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Stough to get the leverage.
Stough drops an elbow to the side of Ferrari's head.

Ferrari is trying to maintain the position but Stough is very close to passing his half guard.

The fighters are battling for position here. Ferrari manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Stough drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ferrari looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Ferrari looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Ferrari!
Stough is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Ferrari is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Stough wants to hold on but Ferrari pushes him away.

Ferrari can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stough is looking to escape.
Poor strikes thrown by Ferrari there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Stough is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ferrari can do to turn this around?

Ferrari misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Ferrari throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Stough because Ferrari loaded up on that one.
Ferrari avoids the attempt from Stough to control.
Ferrari throwing strikes here but Stough is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Ferrari is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Fredo Ferrari has got the better of the ground game so far.
Ferrari lands a big shot there that rocks Stough but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Fredo Ferrari showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Ferrari throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stough's waist but Stough gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferrari off to one side.
Stough seems to have got his legs back now.
Ferrari rushes Stough and presses him up against the cage.
Ferrari is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Stough tries to circle away but Ferrari has him pinned against the cage.
Stough tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ferrari just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ferrari pulls guard effortlessly.
Stough passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Ferrari is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Stough is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ferrari knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Stough has hold of Ferrari's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Ferrari seems comfortable defending it but Stough has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Ferrari is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ferrari is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Stough couldn't care less - he's delighted!
