Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Wells (ranked 4542 p4p, 4564 weight class) and Jon Talbain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kenneth Wells! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jon Talbain! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Talbain shoots in looking for a takedown but Wells manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Talbain's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wells digs a good body shot into Talbain's ribs. Talbain will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nice sprawl there from Wells as Talbain shoots in. Kenneth Wells has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Talbain. Talbain looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wells seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Talbain misses with a head kick.
Wells connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Wells connects with a looping right hand.
Wells fails to land with a series of punches.
Kenneth Wells seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Talbain walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Wells could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wells goes for a small jab and connects. Now Wells goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Talbain stumbles back but Wells runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Talbain to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Talbain will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kenneth Wells! Kenneth Wells decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
