The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiainen lands a nice looking body shot.
Griffin gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tiainen.
Tiainen scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Tiainen connects with a crisp jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Tiainen.
Ali Tiainen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tiainen connects with a body shot that sends Griffin's belly button to the back.
Griffin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tiainen manages to avoid it.
Tiainen lands with a good body shot.
Tiainen changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Tiainen swats away the attempt to clinch by Griffin.
Griffin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Griffin showed some decent athleticism there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Griffin works his foot free and advances to mount.
Griffin working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Tiainen turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Griffin off and cradles Tiainen's limp body as Griffin celebrates with his corner.
