Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Steel Penn Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 3 - 3, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Daniel Grigoryan!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn Jr swings widly with a right hand
and Grigoryan counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Penn Jr listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Grigoryan throws a leg kick but Penn Jr moved away.
Grigoryan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Penn Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Grigoryan.
Penn Jr lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Penn Jr misses with an uppercut. Grigoryan saw that one coming.
Grigoryan fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Penn Jr checks it well.
Penn Jr throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Penn Jr moves out of range of the body kick.
Penn Jr jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Penn Jr walks into a stiff left hand from Grigoryan.
Penn Jr throws a hook but Grigoryan blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grigoryan connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Penn Jr connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Grigoryan moves out of range as Penn Jr strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Grigoryan connects with a looping right hand.
Grigoryan with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Penn Jr misses with a wild body shot.
Grigoryan fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Penn Jr checks it well.
A little feinted left hand from Penn Jr on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Penn Jr takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Good shot there by Grigoryan.
Penn Jr has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hell Warriors Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Grigoryan throws a leg kick which misses Penn Jr's front leg but catches the back leg as Penn Jr tries to avoid it.
Grigoryan jabs Penn Jr right on the nose. Penn Jr blinks but takes it well.
Penn Jr is rocked!
Penn Jr misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Grigoryan counters with a huge right that knocks Penn Jr out cold! Grigoryan is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Daniel Grigoryan!
