Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Stevens (ranked 4484 p4p, 2724 weight class) and Rice Flair (ranked 490 p4p, 338 weight class). Rice Flair is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Stevens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rice Flair! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flair feints and as Stevens raises his hands in defense, Flair changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Stevens is trying to keep Flair in close.
Stevens will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Flair stands up over Stevens, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Stevens looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Flair trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Flair postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Stevens escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Flair gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Stevens seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Stevens wants to stand up but Flair is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stevens is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Flair is aware though and is defending well. Flair prevents Stevens from getting back to his feet. Stevens throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Flair accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Flair chips away with some ground and pound. Flair has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stevens escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Flair gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevens is trying to control the position but Flair postures up. Flair wants to pass the guard but Stevens is keeping the position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Stevens is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Flair wants to improve his position but Stevens is controlling well.
Stevens lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Flair keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Flair is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stevens's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stevens's back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flair punches Stevens on the ear. I really don't envy Stevens right now.
Stevens tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Stevens wants to hold on but Flair pushes him away. Flair looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Stevens is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Stevens is trying desperately to improve position. Flair landing punches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flair unloading with bombs! Flair putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Stevens regains half guard. Flair throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Stevens to regain full guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Flair's corner. There ya go! There ya go! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stevens had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Flair defends it easily. Flair missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Flair with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rice Flair dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Stevens looking to hit a scissor sweep but Flair is one step ahead there. Stevens is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Flair trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Stevens looking to control but Flair passes into half guard.
Flair passes to full mount! Flair lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Stevens tries to reverse the position but Flair maintains control. Flair with shots to the head and body - Stevens looks very uncomfortable down there. Flair prevents Stevens from getting the reversal. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Flair working the ground and pound effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Flair cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Flair landing punches.
Stevens is rocked! Flair is in the full mount, landing strikes. Oh Stevens is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Flair softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Stevens is out cold! Flair jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rice Flair!
