The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Eagle.
Gray is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Gray gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The Eagle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eagle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gray .
It seemed like Gray was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A combination from Eagle does no damage.
Gray looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Eagle really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Eagle throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gray decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Eagle's guard.

Gray drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Eagle dives on top into guard.

Gray is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Eagle has his hands clasped together but Gray extends and breaks Eagle's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gray .
