And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Claudio Benedetti!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benedetti misses the shot to the body.
Benedetti thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kin fails to land with a series of punches.
Kin has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Punch Out Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Kin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kin throws a sloppy head kick and Benedetti moves out of range easily.
Benedetti missing with a left hand there. Kin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Benedetti looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Benedetti misses with an uppercut.
Kin throws a wild body kick that Benedetti sees coming a mile off.
Kin avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Benedetti slips a straight right by Kin.
A little jabbing left from Benedetti on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Kin throws a right and a left that both miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kin lands a jab-cross combination.
Benedetti lands with a right hand.
Kin moves away from the strike by Benedetti.
Benedetti connects with a jab.
Kin is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Benedetti circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Benedetti throws out a powerful jab.
Oh Kin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Benedetti turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kin seems to have got his legs back now.
Benedetti cracks Kin with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Kin get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Kin looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!
Benedetti swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Kin digs a good body shot into Benedetti's ribs.
Kin walks into a big right hand from Benedetti and goes down! The referee sends Benedetti to a neutral corner as Kin gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
The fighters circling - Benedetti throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Benedetti counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

After winning the bout, Claudio Benedetti thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
