Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marek Cervenka (ranked 3534 p4p, 5640 weight class) and Wallace Everett (ranked 336 p4p, 423 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marek Cervenka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wallace Everett! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Everett misses with a body kick. Cervenka moves into the clinch. Cervenka can't find room to land a body shot as Everett controls the action.
Cervenka fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Everett blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Everett dodges an elbow strike from Cervenka.
Cervenka swings wildly with an uppercut but Everett uses good head movement to avoid it. Cervenka lands a right hand that snaps the head of Everett backwards. Cervenka misses with a hook to the ribs.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cervenka. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A short left from Cervenka. Cervenka misses with a short punch on the inside. Cervenka lands a takedown into guard.
Everett working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cervenka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Everett is tightening it up a little... Cervenka has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Cervenka reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Cervenka taps out! Nice BJJ there by Everett!
