Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reza Chas (ranked 3859 p4p, 5834 weight class) and Ultimate Warrior (ranked 445 p4p, 526 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reza Chas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ultimate Warrior!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chas thumps Warrior with a low kick.
Reza Chas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Warrior swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Chas throws a sloppy head kick and Warrior moves out of range easily.
Warrior takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Warrior is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Warrior is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Chas doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Warrior.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chas is pressing down on Warrior's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Chas is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Warrior drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Warrior jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Reza Chas will probably get the nod.

Reza Chas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ultimate Warrior.
Warrior jumps guard but Chas stands there with Warrior around his waist. Warrior gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Chas misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Warrior.

Warrior has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Chas.

Chas is fighting off a takedown attempt but Warrior is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Chas to the mat. Chas regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Warrior drops back looking for a leg! Chas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Chas manages to kick Warrior off! Warrior jumps back into Chas's guard.

Warrior postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Chas is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Warrior, into his guard.
