Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vladimir Tomcic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jesus Christ Karter!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karter fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tomcic sprawls well initially but Karter persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Karter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Karter tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tomcic knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Tomcic is looking for a sweep. Karter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Tomcic is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Desert Fitness & Training (14 Elite Coaches), so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Karter wants to control from the top but Tomcic keeps moving.

Tomcic isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Karter stacks Tomcic on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Karter!
