Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nik Snow (ranked 2329 p4p, 2577 weight class) and Altair Brain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brain has chosen 300 Violin as his entrance music. Altair Brain acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 16 - 4, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nik Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Altair Brain!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Snow.
A slow jab from Brain misses its intended target.
Snow moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Brain takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Brain throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Snow on the side of the head.
Brain on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Snow. Snow obviously looking to wear him down.
Snow throws a lazy uppercut
and Brain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Snow lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Snow jabs Brain right on the nose. Brain blinks but takes it well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brain throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Snow connects with a good right hand that stumbles Brain. Brain circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Brain looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Snow throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Snow tries to throw a body punch but Brain avoids it by throwing Snow back against the cage.

Brain is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Snow is defending well for now.
Brain breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Snow avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Brain has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Snow throws a nice outside leg kick.
Brain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Brain takes a body punch but keeps moving.

and Brain counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Brain gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Brain has Snow up against the cage in a clinch.
Brain swings wildly with an uppercut but Snow uses good head movement to avoid it.

Brain tries to land knees in the clinch but Snow avoids the damage to the body.
Brain throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Snow blocks it with crossed arms.
A right hook to the body lands for Snow.

A little jabbing left from Brain on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Snow moves into range and connects with a jab.

Snow throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Brain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Snow lets loose with a powerful body kick. Brain will feel that in the morning.

Snow scores with the left hand. Brain knows he should have avoided that one.

Snow throws a leg kick which misses Brain's front leg but catches the back leg as Brain tries to avoid it.
Brain looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Snow catches Brain with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Brain fails with a takedown attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brain tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Snow was well out of range. Poor timing from Brain.
Snow steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Brain.
Snow throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Brain.
Brain takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Brain is rocked!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Nik Snow dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Snow misses with a looping right.
A jab lands there for Snow.
Brain is still on wobbly legs! Can Snow finish him?
Snow lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Brain falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Nik Snow!
Nik Snow really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that UnderGround Supplements logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Altair Brain was interviewed post fight and said 'It happenes sometimes, but I thought I was better today. Sometimes you lose like this.'.
