The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks to land a right hand but Fitzgerald moved out of range.
Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Fitzgerald is just out of range.
Fitzgerald seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Jones misses with a jab to the body
and Fitzgerald counters with an outside leg kick.
Jimothy Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fitzgerald moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Look low, kick high! Fitzgerald uses the oldest trick in the book to send Jones tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Fitzgerald is absolutely delighted - when Jones wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
