Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josie Saltzman (ranked 3252 p4p, 5154 weight class) and Edgy Brah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Josie Saltzman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 25 - 17 - 1, fighting out of New York, Edgy Brah! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Joseph Jones and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Saltzman has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Josie Saltzman has been cut. Brah looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Saltzman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Saltzman showed some decent athleticism there. Saltzman trying to control the action but Brah is working from the bottom. Brah is looking for a sweep. Saltzman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Saltzman wants to work for an arm triangle but Brah is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Saltzman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saltzman is working for a submission of some sort.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brah is refusing to be controlled, as Saltzman sits in half guard. Saltzman moves nicely into side control. Saltzman is looking to take a break and control but Brah is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Saltzman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Brah pushes Saltzman away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Saltzman gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Brah is looking for a sweep. Saltzman tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Saltzman is looking to take a break and control but Brah is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Saltzman is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Brah is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Saltzman working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Saltzman has an Americana. Brah didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Saltzman is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Saltzman hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Josie Saltzman!
