Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kiryu Kazuma (ranked 170 p4p, 485 weight class) and Psiris Fuhren (ranked 18 p4p, 62 weight class). Fuhren has chosen Everybody Dies as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kiryu Kazuma!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Psiris Fuhren!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Fuhren as he checks the leg kick.
Fuhren connects with a nice looking jab.
Kazuma gets a clinch.
Kazuma breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fuhren is looking to clinch but Kazuma is avoiding it.
Kazuma rushes Fuhren and presses him up against the cage.
Fuhren lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Kazuma is struggling to control the position.
I was talking to Kazuma's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Kazuma breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fuhren walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fuhren throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kazuma stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kazuma throws a sloppy body shot
and Kazuma takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kazuma throws a looping overhand right but Fuhren ducks down to avoid it.
Fuhren takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fuhren uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kazuma.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kazuma throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Fuhren counters with a right hand to the body.
Fuhren connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Fuhren connects with a nice looking jab.
Fuhren throws an overhand right that lands on Kazuma's shoulder, as Kazuma tries to avoid the shot.
Fuhren takes one to the chin there.
Kazuma lands a big uppercut and Fuhren crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fuhren looks OK. Kazuma waves Fuhren back to his feet!
Fuhren is rocked!
Fuhren has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kazuma throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fuhren is still on wobbly legs! Can Kazuma finish him?
Fuhren connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kazuma. Kazuma circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fuhren bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Kazuma comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Fuhren falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Fuhren was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kiryu Kazuma!

After winning the bout, Kiryu Kazuma thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
