Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shane Fierce (ranked 6400 p4p, 2972 weight class) and Henry Cejudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cejudo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Show Goes On. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fierce closes the distance and clinches.
Fierce manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Fierce wants the takedown. Cejudo is fighting it off but Fierce persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Cejudo's guard against the cage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cejudo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fierce throws an elbow that misses. Cejudo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Fierce's guard. Nice move by Cejudo!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Fierce moves into range and clinches up with Cejudo.
