Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between De Rit Li Quit (ranked 3092 p4p, 24742 weight class) and Ric Flair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that De Rit Li Quit has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily De Rit Li Quit seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, De Rit Li Quit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ric Flair!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flair looks to clinch
and Li Quit counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Li Quit lands a right hook to the body.
Flair has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Li Quit finds it's way round the side to connect with Flair's head.
Li Quit throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Flair's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Li Quit dives in looking to finish as Flair flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Li Quit's strikes! Li Quit is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Flair's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Flair was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
