Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Evan MacMillan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chandra Rajnahn!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Rajnahn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rajnahn throws an off balance right hand
and MacMillan counters with a stiff right hand.
MacMillan avoids the head kick by Rajnahn.
Rajnahn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. MacMillan tries to avoid it but Rajnahn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag MacMillan to the ground. MacMillan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rajnahn misses with a few strikes there.
Rajnahn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from MacMillan.
MacMillan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rajnahn to the ground. MacMillan is now in Rajnahn's guard.
MacMillan wants to pass the guard but Rajnahn is keeping the position.
MacMillan postures up.
MacMillan sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Rajnahn wants to sweep but no luck.
Rajnahn managing to control the position.
MacMillan drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says MacMillan as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Rajnahn screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with MacMillan! Nice submission victory there!
