Funny kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Throw some D's on it. Kimura is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: ONEFOUR & The Kid LAROI - MY CITY. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Funny with a poor takedown
and Kimura counters by clinching up.
Funny has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kimura regains guard immediately.

As Doug Funny got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Thank you Subway, you brought out the best in me. I wish you the best with your career as a sammich artist. Go make me a sammich ya Jared wanna be.'.
Naked Kimura was interviewed post fight and said 'AYE MAN GIMME A REMATCH, HE BARELY HIT ME. THAT WAS NOTHING'.
