The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ostwind is looking to land body kicks.
Rocha looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Ostwind darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Ostwind really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rocha. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ostwind prevents Rocha from improving his position.

Ostwind misses with a head shot. Rocha uses the momentum to regain guard.
