Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yasha Big Mouth (ranked 173 p4p, 1726 weight class) and Yves Marchant (ranked 20 p4p, 179 weight class). Marchant comes into a darkened arena with his song building. gandagana kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Yves Marchant has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yasha Big Mouth!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yves Marchant!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marchant tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Big Mouth swivels and escapes.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Marchant.
Big Mouth leaves Marchant with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Big Mouth throwing a counter right hand but Marchant manages to avoid it.
Yasha Big Mouth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yves Marchant.
Marchant has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marchant there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marchant fails to land the takedown.
Yasha Big Mouth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Big Mouth lands a head shot.
Marchant is rocked!
It looks like Yves Marchant has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marchant walks straight into a right hand from Big Mouth - that's dropped him! Big Mouth jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Marchant from any more punishment! Marchant complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Yasha Big Mouth!
Yasha Big Mouth retains his featherweight title!
In his post fight interview, Yasha Big Mouth started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Yves Marchant was interviewed post fight and said 'I will come back stronger.'.
