Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Svyatogor (ranked 955 p4p, 1009 weight class) and Richard Rockefeller (ranked 122 p4p, 133 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Svyatogor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Carl Espen - Silent Storm. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Rockefeller misses the target.
We've been informed that Rockefeller has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
A jab from Svyatogor misses.
Rockefeller jabs Svyatogor to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Svyatogor ducks under a wild hook from Rockefeller .
Rockefeller lands a big right hand that sends Svyatogor crashing to the mat! Rockefeller stays standing though and waves Svyatogor back to his feet!
It looks like Dimitri Svyatogor has been cut.

Rockefeller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Svyatogor manages to avoid it.

Rockefeller misses with a lunging right hand
and Svyatogor counters with a nice uppercut.
Svyatogor lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Svyatogor misses with a looping right.
Rockefeller lands a big right hand that sends Svyatogor crashing to the mat! Rockefeller stays standing though and waves Svyatogor back to his feet!
Oh Svyatogor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Svyatogor slips a jab from Rockefeller .
Rockefeller defending well as Svyatogor loads up on a big left hand.
Rockefeller fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Svyatogor out cold! Brutal finish!
