Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ziggy Ozbourne (ranked 806 p4p, 513 weight class) and Maximus Furioto (ranked 116 p4p, 70 weight class). Ozbourne comes to the cage accompanied by Crazy Train. Furioto has chosen 韻踏合組合 - as his entrance music. Ziggy Ozbourne had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Maximus Furioto!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Ben Hemmingworth and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furioto moves out of range as Ozbourne strikes.
Ozbourne fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Furioto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Furioto checks the leg kick.
Ozbourne scores with a shot to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Ozbourne.
Furioto takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Furioto gets a double leg takedown into Ozbourne's guard.
Ozbourne keeping full guard, as Furioto tries to pass.

Ozbourne is defending against the submission attempts here by Furioto.

Furioto is looking for a kimura but Ozbourne is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Furioto to get the leverage.

Furioto is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ozbourne defends well.

Furioto has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ozbourne is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Furioto.

Furioto fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ozbourne sprawls well initially but Furioto persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Furioto closes the distance and clinches up with Ozbourne, looking for a takedown. Furioto pushes Ozbourne against the cage but Ozbourne circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Furioto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ozbourne's guard.
Ozbourne will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ozbourne throws a big counter combination but Furioto scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

A little jabbing left from Furioto on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
