The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a lunging right hand
and Goon counters with a stiff right hand.
Goon has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Jones takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jones turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Jones tries a low kick but Goon avoids it.
A counter left hand to the body from Goon misses its target.

Goon lands a two punch combo.
Jones throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Jones thumps Goon with a low kick.

and Goon counters with a nice right hand that sends Jones toppling to the canvas! Jones scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Goon finish him?!

Goon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jones.

and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Goon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jones throws a nice inside leg kick.
That kick from Jones tenderised Goon's leg. Goon is trying to keep his angry face on.
Jones misses with a lunging right hand
and Goon counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Jones badly! He tries to strike back but Goon puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Jones out cold! Oh man, Jones will never hear the end of this one!

A relieved looking Jerry Goon thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
