Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Baldwin Yong (ranked 6114 p4p, 3414 weight class) and Moussa Kabore (ranked 550 p4p, 419 weight class). Yong comes to the cage accompanied by Galway Girl. Baldwin Yong has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Baldwin Yong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Moussa Kabore!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yong shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kabore but Kabore pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Yong throws a series of punches but Kabore moves out of range.
Yong gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kabore tries to stand but Yong is controlling from the bottom.

Kabore is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Yong is just riding it out for now. Kabore eventually gives up the hold.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Yong lands a nice short elbow.

Moussa Kabore showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Kabore fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Yong to the ground. Kabore is now in Yong's guard.
Kabore wants to pass the guard but Yong is keeping the position.

Kabore has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Yong is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kabore yanks on the arm and Yong is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kabore.

A relieved looking Moussa Kabore thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
