The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakugo shoots for a takedown but Plainview saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Bakugo tries to clinch up but Plainview circles away and keeps his distance.
As Bakugo tries to get set, Plainview tries to push him back and clinch up but Bakugo manages to avoid the attempt.
Bakugo jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bakugo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Bakugo tries to clinch up.
Plainview wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Bakugo fails to land with a series of punches.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Plainview gets tackled into the ropes by Bakugo. Bakugo maintains the clinch.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by Plainview as Bakugo tries to tie him up.
Plainview will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bakugo up against the ropes.

Bakugo has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Plainview clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Bakugo tries to keep control of the position but Plainview is staying busy.
The referee is taking a good look at Plainview as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Bakugo!
Plainview knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bakugo on the ground.

Bakugo is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Plainview has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Bakugo has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Plainview taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Bakugo doesn't care though - he's delighted!
