The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sor Kaenong wants to clinch.
Gazownik drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gazownik controls from within his opponent's guard.
Gazownik slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gazownik thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Gazownik has eaten all the pies!
Sor Kaenong wants to get back to his feet but Gazownik drags him back down.
Sor Kaenong is looking to reverse the position.
Gazownik working the ground and pound but Sor Kaenong is defending the strikes.

Gazownik is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sor Kaenong is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Gazownik changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sor Kaenong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Gazownik tries to advance position but instead Sor Kaenong slips a leg back in to half guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Gazownik looking to break Sor Kaenong's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Sor Kaenong remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Gazownik will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Gazownik trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Sor Kaenong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gazownik on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
