The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Andreev pushes Merel up against the cage in a clinch.

Merel is trying to trip Andreev. He has hold of a leg but Andreev is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Merel persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Andreev has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Merel should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Andreev has tightened it up now! Merel should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
