Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Thunder (ranked 1192 p4p, 1821 weight class) and Big Dog Gracie (ranked 156 p4p, 239 weight class). Thunder comes to the cage accompanied by Thunderstruck - AcDc. Gracie has chosen Gang out as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Thunder ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Big Dog Gracie! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Gracie looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Thunder wants to control but Gracie is keeping busy.
Thunder knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Thunder is defending against the submission attempts here by Gracie.
Gracie missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gracie landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Gracie not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Gracie is controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Thunder defends it well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Gracie is keen to just control but Thunder is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gracie performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Gracie scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Gracie lands strikes from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Thunder on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Gracie working over Thunder with some ground and pound. Thunder looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Thunder trying to hold on to Gracie's head to control him but Gracie postures up.
Gracie sitting in half guard here. He lands a big elbow that has hurt Thunder ! Oh, Thunder is in big trouble! Gracie lands more strikes and the ref dives in to save him! The fight is over!
