Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Sepi (ranked 188 p4p, 1320 weight class) and David Jones (ranked 3 p4p, 41 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Seppo Sepi!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Jones!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sepi fails with a takedown attempt.
Sepi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones.
Sepi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Sepi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sepi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sepi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jones.
Jones fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Sepi checks it well.
Sepi tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jones defends well and Sepi ends up having to push Jones into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seppo Sepi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sepi has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jones is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Jones throws a leg kick but Sepi sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Sepi feints and as Jones raises his hands in defense, Sepi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jones is looking to stand up but Sepi isn't so interested in that idea.
Jones is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Sepi wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position.
Sepi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Sepi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Jones rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sepi's guard! Nice work there by Jones!
Sepi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Sepi has his foot on Jones's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jones works his way back into a safe position though.

Sepi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sepi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sepi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sepi needs to keep his hands up - Jones had a free shot at his head there.

Sepi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jones to the mat! Jones manages to get full guard.

Sepi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jones is just riding it out for now. Sepi eventually gives up the hold.

Sepi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sepi sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Jones takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Jones works on Sepi's body with a couple of short punches.
Sepi has Jones pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jones manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Sepi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sepi shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well.
Sepi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jones throws a solid leg kick but Sepi takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Jones.

Sepi shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Sepi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sepi closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
That kick from Jones tenderised Sepi's leg. Sepi is trying to keep his angry face on.

Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it, with a heavy slam. That will score well with the judges.

Sepi is rocked!

Jones gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Oh Sepi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sepi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sepi drops his hands momentarily. Jones doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Sepi staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Sepi doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Jones!
David Jones very nearly forgot to thank PWNAGEâ„¢ amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
