Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Caio Victor (ranked 549 p4p, 760 weight class) and Greg Fitzgerald (ranked 76 p4p, 103 weight class). Fitzgerald has chosen It's Bedtime by Ninja Sex Party as his entrance music. Greg Fitzgerald will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzgerald misses with a leg kick

and Victor counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Victor.
Victor might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Fitzgerald really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Victor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Victor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Fitzgerald tries to improve his position but Victor has taken his back! Victor has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Fitzgerald tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Victor pushes Fitzgerald away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
