Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Domaydo Cann (ranked 2085 p4p, 4597 weight class) and Jinski Grang (ranked 276 p4p, 520 weight class). Grang has chosen JID - 151 Rum as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cann shoots for a double leg takedown but Grang sprawls well. He's pushed Cann's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A little jabbing left from Grang on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Grang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cann was well out of range. Poor timing from Grang.
Grang throws a series of punches but Cann avoids them all with ease.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cann.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Domaydo Cann. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Cann postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Grang is trying to get back to his feet.

An elbow from Cann crashes against the mat.
Cann has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
