Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Behnder (ranked 257 p4p, 2360 weight class) and Tommy No Bahamas (ranked 41 p4p, 317 weight class). Marcus Behnder has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 7 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Marcus Behnder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tommy No Bahamas! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No Bahamas closes the distance and pushes Behnder back into the cage. A short right from No Bahamas on the inside. Behnder is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. No Bahamas can't fight it off and eventually Behnder manages to take the fight to the floor. No Bahamas looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. We've been hearing good reports from Behnder's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. No Bahamas is looking to stand up but Behnder isn't so interested in that idea. Behnder content to stall in guard here. No Bahamas told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. No Bahamas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Behnder is controlling him. Behnder pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. No Bahamas is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Behnder controlling from the top position. No Bahamas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Behnder is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Behnder thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Behnder slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Behnder won't allow No Bahamas to get back to his feet.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Behnder shoots in for a takedown but No Bahamas shows good takedown defense. A countering left hand to the body from No Bahamas misses. No Bahamas moves into the clinch successfully.
Behnder drops to a knee looking for a takedown but No Bahamas gets the underhooks and prevents it.
No Bahamas goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
No Bahamas lands with a short shot to the head. Behnder changes levels and goes for a takedown here. No Bahamas fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcus Behnder. That's going to take a lot out of him. No Bahamas stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and No Bahamas wants it to stay on the feet. Behnder wants to clinch up but No Bahamas keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Behnder looks for a takedown but No Bahamas sprawls well. No Bahamas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Behnder shoots for a takedown but No Bahamas saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. No Bahamas stuns Behnder with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. No Bahamas pushes Behnder up against the cage in a clinch. Behnder tries to stall but No Bahamas uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Behnder has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by No Bahamas after a bit of a struggle. Nice body punch from No Bahamas - that landed with a thud.
Behnder works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! No Bahamas is looking to stand up but Behnder isn't so interested in that idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Behnder is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Behnder is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Behnder will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. No Bahamas keeping moving, preventing Behnder from controlling successfully. No Bahamas is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Behnder dives into side control.
Behnder tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. No Bahamas is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Behnder asserts his dominance and retains side control. Behnder staying calm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. No Bahamas wants to get back to his feet but Behnder drags him back down. No Bahamas is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Behnder remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Behnder has hold of No Bahamas's arm. He's looking for a kimura. No Bahamas seems comfortable defending it but Behnder has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! No Bahamas is real pain and he's forced to tap out! No Bahamas is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Behnder couldn't care less - he's delighted!
