The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green misses with a few strikes there.
Green gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Green escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. gardon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
gardon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Green swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Green utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
gardon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Green is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Green escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. gardon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Green has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but gardon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
