Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Ross (ranked 4024 p4p, 5397 weight class) and Petr Amagov (ranked 512 p4p, 593 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Petr Amagov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ross appears to be looking for a big counter.
Amagov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ross eats them both and turns towards Amagov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Ross is looking for a counter combo.
Amagov digs a good hook to Ross's body.
Amagov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ross avoids it really well and circles away.

Amagov tightens his grip and picks Ross up, before dumping him to the ground. Ross manages to land in guard.

Ross seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Amagov is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Ross has his foot on Amagov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Amagov works his way back into a safe position though.
