Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rinda staying out of range there.
Rinda feinted with a counter takedown.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Chavaski enables Rinda to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Chavaski manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Chavaski has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Island Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Rinda thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Rinda has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
