PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Casanova (ranked 2285 p4p, 2871 weight class) and Darius Perseu (ranked 293 p4p, 357 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Darius Perseu!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Casanova lands with a nice combination. Perseu backs away looking to recover.
Perseu takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Casanova throws a right hand that Perseu ducks under and follows up with a left that Perseu also avoids with ease.
Casanova lands with an uppercut that bounces Perseu off the cage and back into range.
Perseu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Casanova pinned against the cage. Casanova gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A lazy left from Casanova finds it's target.
Casanova keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A punch combination from Casanova misses.
Horrible takedown attempt by Perseu or perhaps it was just good defense by Casanova, which made it look bad.
Dennis Casanova has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Perseu.

Perseu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Casanova avoids it really well and circles away.

Casanova plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Perseu to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Perseu just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
