Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Daron Acemoglu!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shalashaska closes the distance and pushes Acemoglu back into the cage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Shalashaska is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Acemoglu has his hands clasped together but Shalashaska extends and breaks Acemoglu's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Shalashaska.

Adam Shalashaska tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
