The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziskie is looking to clinch but Godoi is avoiding it.
Ziskie darts in looking for a takedown but Godoi gets double underhooks and turns Ziskie into the cage.
Godoi scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ziskie in his tracks.

It looks like Mike Ziskie has been cut.
Ziskie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Godoi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ziskie somewhat.
Ziskie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Godoi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Guilherme Godoi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Ziskie.
Ziskie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Godoi manages to avoid it.
A little feinted left hand from Godoi on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Ziskie tries to clinch

and Godoi counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ziskie! Godoi lets Ziskie back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Ziskie is rocked!
