The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Barnes with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Barnes lands an overhand right.
Barnes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jones eats them both and turns towards Barnes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Barnes connects with a looping right hand.
Barnes jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jones looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Barnes moves out of range easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

As Jones looks to move away, Barnes throws a big counter combo but Jones just gets out of the way.
Barnes thuds a left hand into Jones's body.
Barnes ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Barnes lands the left hand.
Barnes lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Barnes fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jones.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barnes lands a really nice looking cross but Jones seems unphased.

Barnes drops Jones with a huge uppercut! Jones drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Barnes is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
