Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rou Joukani (ranked 713 p4p, 1986 weight class) and Willem Kriel (ranked 106 p4p, 276 weight class). Kriel has chosen Jack Parow & Freshlyground - Army Of One as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rou Joukani!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 23 - 0, fighting out of New York, Willem Kriel!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kriel throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kriel tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kriel throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Joukani scores with a body shot.
Kriel thows a leg kick but Joukani checks it
and Joukani counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Kriel throws a body kick that misses
and Joukani counters with a stiff right hand.
Kriel throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Joukani cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kriel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Joukani was well out of range. Poor timing from Kriel.
We've been told by Joukani's head coaches at Zenarals' House that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Some bone on bone action there as Joukani checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kriel throws a hook but Joukani blocks it.
It looked like Joukani wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kriel throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kriel has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Kriel throws a body shot but no joy.
Joukani tried to counter with a leg kick but Kriel avoided it.
Kriel throws a low kick but Joukani avoids it.
Joukani lands a big right hand that sends Kriel crashing to the mat! Joukani stays standing though and waves Kriel back to his feet!

Kriel misses with a kick to the body.
Joukani sends Kriel crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Joukani is motioning to the referee to let Kriel up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Kriel is still on wobbly legs! Can Joukani finish him?
Kriel throws a hook but Joukani blocks it.
Joukani keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kriel slips a jab and a cross from Joukani.
Kriel seems to have recovered his senses.
Joukani slips under a jab from Kriel.
Kriel tries to land a front kick but Joukani steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Joukani throws a big counter combination but Kriel scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Joukani ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kriel misses with a hook to the body
letting Joukani counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Joukani connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Kriel out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rou Joukani!
Rou Joukani tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
