The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Galopin. Herzog does a little dance to reset his feet.
Herzog throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Herzog takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Galopin throws a shot to the body.
Galopin throws a lazy right hand but Herzog sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Galopin throws a hook but Herzog blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Galopin misses with a looping left.
Herzog throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Galopin throws a lazy uppercut
and Herzog counters with a straight right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Herzog lands a really nice looking cross but Galopin seems unphased.
Galopin tries to move into range but Herzog moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Galopin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Herzog makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Herzog throws a monster overhand right that drops Galopin! Herzog follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Imka Herzog !
