Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Daniel Grigoryan (ranked 15005 p4p, 19362 weight class) and Krit Leekpai (ranked 664 p4p, 622 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 3 - 3, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Daniel Grigoryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 32 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Krit Leekpai! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leekpai misses with a low kick.
Leekpai avoids the body shot from Grigoryan.
Leekpai uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grigoryan. Leekpai jabbing away but nothing is landing. Leekpai connects with a leg kick. A jab from Grigoryan does it's job there. Grigoryan has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Prizm Jiu Jitsu & MMA in the buildup to the fight. Grigoryan throws the left hand but Leekpai avoids the punch easily. Leekpai just misses with a punch to the body.
Grigoryan quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Good leg kick by Grigoryan. Leekpai ducks under a wild hook from Grigoryan. Grigoryan tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Leekpai keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Leekpai defending well as Grigoryan loads up on a big left hand. Grigoryan throws a leg kick which misses Leekpai's front leg but catches the back leg as Leekpai tries to avoid it. Grigoryan digs a good body shot into Leekpai's ribs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grigoryan staying out of range there. Leekpai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grigoryan moves away. The fighters circling - Leekpai throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grigoryan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Some bone on bone action there as Grigoryan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Leekpai lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Grigoryan lands with a kick to the ribs.
Grigoryan clinches up with Leekpai and pushes him back against the ropes. Nice body punch from Grigoryan - that landed with a thud.
Leekpai is working Grigoryan over against the ropes. Grigoryan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Leekpais head. A right hand to the body from Grigoryan.
Leekpai misses with a short punch on the inside. Leekpai throws a punch but it's blocked by Grigoryan. Grigoryan tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Leekpai's elbow. Grigoryan gets through Leekpai's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Grigoryan lands with a left to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Grigoryan misses with some punches.
Leekpai struggles to land a body shot inside as Grigoryan controls his hands.
Grigoryan lands on the inside with an uppercut. Leekpai lands a hook that snaps the head of Grigoryan backwards. Leekpai softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes. A head punch on the inside from Leekpai fails to land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grigoryan struggles to land a body shot inside as Leekpai controls his hands.
Grigoryan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Leekpai backwards. Grigoryan tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Grigoryan pushes Leekpai back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Grigoryan lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Grigoryan lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Leekpai or not. A head punch blocked on the inside by Leekpai. Leekpai lands a nice uppercut. Leekpai using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Grigoryan has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Grigoryan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. A short body shot lands from Grigoryan as the two fighters clinch.
Grigoryan misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Grigoryan swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Grigoryan lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Leekpai is rocked! Leekpai working aggressively here.
Grigoryan lands a nice shot to the body. A head punch blocked on the inside by Grigoryan. A short right from Grigoryan on the inside. Leekpai is still on wobbly legs! Can Grigoryan finish him? Grigoryan lands with a light punch inside. Grigoryan cracks Leekpai with a big uppercut, right up the middle and Leekpai goes down! Oh, he's hurt! He's bigtime hurt! The referee is giving him a chance to get back to his feet - 4,5,6,7, no, he's called it off! Leekpai wasn't going to make it and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Daniel Grigoryan! A relieved looking Daniel Grigoryan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
