Bender moves in looking to clinch but Ovachevich pushes him off.
Ovachevich looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bender is fending him off so far but Ovachevich persists. Nope, Bender circles away and we're back to standing.
Bender cracks Ovachevich with an uppercut from hell and Ovachevich crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Bender's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
It looks like Branco Ovachevich has been cut.
Bender tries to stand but Ovachevich is controlling from the bottom.

Bender gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
