Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brad Incons (ranked 23601 p4p, 4443 weight class) and Rising Sun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sun has chosen Run It Back as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Incons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Rising Sun! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sun tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Incons defends well and Sun ends up having to push Incons into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Sun dodges the punch combination from Incons.
Sun lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Incons backs up against the cage.
Sun gets caught napping as Incons dives in and scores a takedown. Sun manages to retain guard. Incons trying to control the position from guard on top but Sun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sun is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Incons is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Sun wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Incons is now in half guard. Sun really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Incons. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Incons is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Incons is looking to take a break and control but Sun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Incons looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sun with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Incons thows a huge punch but Sun dodges it nicely.
Incons looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sun throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Incons lands strikes from half guard. Incons moves nicely into side control. Sun is trying to buck Incons off. Incons tries for a kimura but Sun is defending well. Sun is not content to let Incons control the position. Incons lands some shots froms side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Incons working the body and head with strikes. Sun is not content to let Incons control the position. Incons throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. You can see the frustration on Sun's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Incons working the head with strikes. Incons controlling the position. Incons wants to take a breather but Sun manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Incons.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Incons trying to control the position from guard on top but Sun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sun looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Incons puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Incons trying to control the action but Sun is working from the bottom. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Incons keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Incons looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Brad Incons dominated that round. That's time! Incons's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Sun fails to land with a series of punches.
Sun's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Sun duly obliges. Danga de danga de dang - Sun scores with a four punch combination! Sun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Incons lunges at Sun with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sun's hand. Incons shoots in for a takedown but Sun shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Incons misses with a wild combination.
Sun tries a head kick but it misses.

and Incons counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Sun pushes Incons off but Incons dives into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Incons trying to control the position but Sun is working away. Brad Incons overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sun tries to get back to half guard but can't. Incons working the ground and pound. Incons trying to control the action but Sun is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Incons looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Incons controlling the position from side mount. Incons wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sun keeps working. Incons content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sun tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Incons working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Incons looking to control but Sun is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Incons is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Sun can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Brad Incons dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! A combination from Sun does no damage. Sun moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Sun pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Incons back to the cage. Sun follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Incons checks a leg kick nicely. Incons scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Incons is looking to take a break and control but Sun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Incons working the ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Incons trying to control the action but Sun is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Incons lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Incons landing a few strikes. Incons is looking to take a break and control but Sun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The referee asks Incons politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Incons prefers to stall for the moment though. Incons working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Incons looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Incons trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Rising Sun has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Incons raining down shots from the mount! Incons takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Incons cracks Sun with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Sun is squirming around, avoiding Incons's attempts to control the action. Brad Incons is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sun wants to hold on but Incons pushes him away. Incons wants to control the pace but Sun is squirming around nicely. Incons sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Incons trying to control but he's not successful this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that's the end of the fight! Brad Incons showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Incons, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
